A festival does not begin on stage. It begins much earlier, with ideas, decisions and conversations that eventually become music.
This conversation with the Festival’s Artistic Director will focus on this year's edition, its central theme, and the process of creating a programme that combines classical music with storytelling and imagination.
The discussion will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the festival, from the first ideas and repertoire choices to the final shape of the concerts presented to audiences. It is also an opportunity to explore how music can tell stories and create compelling artistic worlds.

Image and sound meet in real time, without a pre-written script. This conversation with Maciej Zakrzewski will explore the art of improvisation and the creation of live music for silent films. The artist will discuss a process in which music develops alongside the film, responding to its rhythm, emotions and narrative.
The discussion will also focus on the role of the musician as a creator working in the moment, building tension and drama through sound alone. The meeting serves as an introduction to the evening screening of Safety Last!, accompanied by a live improvised score.

Behind every concert lies a process that audiences rarely see, from daily practice to the interpretative decisions made during preparation.
This conversation with Agata Szymczewska, acclaimed violinist and soloist of Alpine Adventure, will focus on her artistic journey, stage experience and work on the festival repertoire.
The discussion will also explore preparations for the concert and approaches to interpreting large-scale musical works, where the role of the soloist becomes part of a broader musical narrative. It is an opportunity to discover the creative process that ultimately leads to a performance on stage.
